Shane Ledger: (Operations Director) Shane started life in recruitment back in 1998 as a trainee consultant, over the years Shane progressed through the ranks into management and became Branch Manager for a successful Driving Branch based in Birmingham. Shane then progressed into an Executive Manager role overseeing three driving branches within the west Midlands area. Shane now oversees the sales, service and future planning elements to the business.

Lisa Hill: (Financial Director) Lisa started her career within recruitment in 2000 as a Part time Office Assistant, over the years opportunities were taken by Lisa to progress into a more service consultancy role, this included taking full ownership of a major key account as well as maintaining her administrational function. Lisa’s responsibilities currently are to manage the team covering all aspects of payroll, accounts and administrative duties.

Keil Jones: (Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Industrial / Transport) Keil was recommended to us by a business partner. Keil had shown very willing prior to joining Staff Plus Services by offering his time totally free of charge through work experience with a local leasing company, this was to prove himself with a view to finding a permanent position. Nicole Gardner : (Trainee Branch Administrator) After two years of studying Art and design at a local college Nicole decided that university wasn’t what she could see herself doing in the future. Since, Nicole has found various part time roles, the most recent being in retail. After a period of time seeking her first full time opportunity Nicole was offered a position with Staff plus as a trainee administrator. Nicole currently is learning all aspects of the business’s administrational functions.
